Randall K. Winton (Senior Partner) is a graduate of the Nashville School of Law, where he finished with the highest Grade Point Average in his class, was recipient of the School’s Founders Award, was a member of the Coopers Inn Honors Society and recipient of the Tully Scholarship. He is licensed to practice law in any Tennessee Court, the United States Court for the Middle District of Tennessee and is a member in good standing of the American, Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations, and Tennessee Association for Justice.
Separately, Mr. Winton holds degrees in Business Management, Finance and Accounting with Minors in Economics and Industrial Psychology from Middle Tennessee University. Mr. Winton additionally earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in Financial Management and won the Cunningham/Samsonite award in Management for the highest graduate Grade Point Average. Mr. Winton is a Certified Public Accountant, member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Institute of Management Accountants. Prior to the practice of law, Mr. Winton served in a variety of corporate leadership positions, including that of Chief Financial Officer for companies including: First American Corporation, Nortel Networks, Central Parking Systems, UCI, UNACRO, PRG, AFL Network Services and Mephisto.
Currently, Mr. Winton leads the Firm’s business law and financial services division. He additionally practices in the areas of consumer and business bankruptcy, taxation and civil litigation.
